Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Vaishnav Bouncer Services website, enquiries, quotations, and related communications. Please read them carefully before using this website or requesting our services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with the terms that lawfully apply to your use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a service contract or guarantee that a booking will be accepted. A security assignment is subject to separate confirmation and any applicable written service agreement.
01 About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to access to and use of the website operated under the name Vaishnav Bouncer Services ("we", "us", "our", or the "Business"), available at https://vaishnavbouncerservices.in/.
These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective customers, individuals submitting enquiries, and other users of the website, to the extent relevant to their activities.
Specific security services may be governed by an additional quotation, booking confirmation, work order, or written service agreement. Where such an agreement applies, it should be read together with these Terms. If a specific provision conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific written agreement will govern that service to the extent of the conflict and as permitted by applicable law.
02 Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation.
If you act on behalf of a company, event organiser, institution, or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to make the relevant enquiry or take the steps you request.
You must not use this website to facilitate unlawful activity, impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or submit information that you know to be materially false or misleading.
03 Nature of Website Information
The information published on this website is intended to provide general information about our security-related services and how prospective customers may contact us.
Website content, service descriptions, photographs, examples, and promotional statements do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or promise of a particular outcome.
We may correct, change, remove, or update website content, service descriptions, photographs, and other materials as our business and operational requirements change, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual commitments.
04 Services Offered
Depending on availability, location, suitability, and the arrangements agreed for a particular assignment, our services may include:
- Event security and crowd management.
- Bouncer and security personnel deployment.
- VIP and personal protection arrangements.
- Corporate and commercial security personnel.
- Female security personnel, subject to availability.
- Security support for weddings, private parties, and other events.
- Related security coordination and consultation services.
The actual scope of any assignment will depend on the service agreed in writing, the number and type of personnel, the assignment location, duration, operational requirements, and applicable law.
We do not represent that every service is available in every location or at every time. Any licensing, registration, or authorisation required for a particular service will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
05 Enquiries and Contact Information
Submitting a website form, email, or other enquiry allows us to review the information provided and respond to your request. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, accepted quotation, employment offer, or guarantee that personnel will be deployed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the extent reasonably necessary for your enquiry.
Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through website forms or ordinary email. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about the handling of personal data.
06 Quotations and Pricing
Prices, estimates, and quotations may depend on the location, duration, number of personnel, nature of the event, deployment requirements, travel, accommodation, working hours, and other assignment-specific factors.
Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, an indicative price or verbal discussion should not be treated as a final confirmed price or an unconditional commitment to provide services.
A quotation should be reviewed for its scope, validity period, applicable taxes, payment schedule, additional charges, cancellation terms, and other conditions stated in that quotation.
Any change in the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or written approval. We will not treat an uncommunicated price change as accepted merely because a customer visited the website.
07 Booking and Confirmation
A service booking is confirmed only when the relevant arrangements have been expressly accepted by the Business through an authorised communication or written confirmation.
Where applicable, confirmation may depend on:
- Acceptance of the quotation and agreed scope of work.
- Confirmation of the date, time, duration, and venue.
- Availability of suitable personnel.
- Receipt of an agreed advance payment or other required payment.
- Completion of necessary documentation or approvals.
- Compliance with applicable safety and legal requirements.
An enquiry acknowledgement, automated email, or preliminary discussion does not necessarily constitute acceptance of a booking.
Customers should obtain clear confirmation of the assignment before relying on personnel being available for a particular date or event.
08 Payments, Taxes and Expenses
Payment amounts, advance requirements, due dates, accepted payment methods, applicable taxes, and additional expenses will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written service agreement.
Customers agree to make payments in accordance with the payment terms expressly accepted for their assignment. Any applicable taxes or additional charges should be disclosed in the relevant commercial documentation.
Where payment is overdue, we may take proportionate action permitted under the applicable agreement and law, including seeking payment of outstanding amounts or suspending unperformed services where legally permitted and appropriate notice has been given where required.
No payment term in this section creates an undisclosed fee, authorises an unlawful charge, or overrides a mandatory consumer protection.
09 Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and advance-payment arrangements should be specified in the quotation or written service agreement for the relevant assignment.
Where a customer requests cancellation or rescheduling, the customer should notify us promptly through the communication channel specified in the booking confirmation. Applicable charges, refund eligibility, and rescheduling availability will depend on the agreed terms, costs already incurred, work performed, and applicable law.
We will not rely on an undisclosed or retrospectively imposed cancellation charge. Any applicable deductions or retained amounts must be consistent with the agreed terms and applicable law.
If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will communicate the situation and address any payment or refund entitlement in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
10 Customer Responsibilities
Customers requesting a security assignment are responsible, to the extent applicable to their role and the agreed arrangements, for:
- Providing accurate event details and reasonable advance notice.
- Informing us of material changes to the venue, timing, or requirements.
- Obtaining venue permissions, event permissions, and approvals that are their responsibility.
- Providing safe and lawful access to the assignment location.
- Communicating relevant safety risks and operational restrictions.
- Ensuring that requested duties and instructions are lawful.
- Making agreed payments on time.
- Cooperating with reasonable safety and coordination procedures.
Responsibilities that legally belong to the Business, the customer, the venue, an event organiser, or another party remain with the relevant party. This section does not transfer a legal duty to a party that is not legally responsible for it.
11 Security Services and Operational Limits
Security personnel are deployed for the scope and duties agreed for the particular assignment. The level of protection depends on the agreed service, available information, operational conditions, personnel assigned, and cooperation between relevant parties.
Security services are intended to help manage risks, maintain order, deter misconduct, and support the safety of people and property. No security provider can guarantee that every incident, crime, injury, loss, disruption, or unlawful act will be prevented.
We do not promise absolute safety or a risk-free environment. Any risk assessment, protective arrangement, or security plan should be understood in the context of its agreed scope and actual operating conditions.
Personnel must act within the authority granted to them and the limits of applicable law. No provision of these Terms authorises unlawful force, unlawful detention, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or any other prohibited conduct.
12 Changes to an Assignment
Changes to the assignment date, location, number of personnel, duration, duties, or risk profile may affect availability, price, and operational arrangements.
Material changes should be communicated and approved in writing. We may need to reassess the arrangement or issue a revised quotation where the change materially affects the agreed scope.
We may decline or discontinue a requested change where it cannot reasonably be accommodated, would create an unacceptable safety risk, conflicts with applicable law, or falls outside the agreed scope. Any resulting payment or refund consequences will be handled under the relevant agreement and applicable law.
13 Personnel Conduct and Safety
Personnel assigned to a service are expected to perform their agreed duties professionally and in accordance with applicable law and relevant operational instructions.
Customers must not instruct personnel to carry out unlawful acts, use unlawful force, threaten individuals, discriminate, harass others, or perform tasks outside the agreed assignment and their lawful authority.
Any material safety concern, misconduct allegation, or operational incident should be reported promptly through the appropriate communication channel so that it can be reviewed and addressed.
14 Website Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to keep our website accessible and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting problems, updates, connectivity issues, security measures, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary. This does not remove any obligation arising from an existing service agreement or any legal right that cannot be excluded.
15 Prohibited Website Activities
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website, server, or user information.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive traffic.
- Interfere with website operation or security controls.
- Copy, scrape, or systematically extract website content without authorisation or a lawful basis.
- Impersonate the Business or misrepresent an affiliation with it.
- Use website content to mislead customers or facilitate unlawful activity.
Where misuse occurs, we may take proportionate steps permitted by law to protect our systems, investigate the incident, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, or seek appropriate legal remedies.
16 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, page layouts, and other original materials are owned by or used under permission by the relevant rights holder.
You may view and use website content for personal, informational, or legitimate enquiry purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, modify, distribute, or create derivative materials from protected content without the required permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
17 Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to third-party websites, social media services, maps, messaging platforms, payment services, or other external resources.
We do not control every aspect of third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, policies, availability, or security. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own conduct.
Your use of an external service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
18 Privacy and Personal Information
The handling of personal information submitted through our website is described in our Privacy Policy, available at our Privacy Policy , if published at that address.
We may use relevant information to respond to enquiries, coordinate requested services, maintain records, operate the website, and perform other activities described in the Privacy Policy and permitted by applicable law.
Website use does not by itself constitute consent to optional advertising tracking or promotional communications. Where separate consent is required, we will seek it through an appropriate process.
19 Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control
A party may be affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, civil disturbances, transport disruptions, major utility failures, or other comparable events.
Where such circumstances materially affect a confirmed assignment, the affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable. The parties should consider appropriate lawful alternatives, including revised timing, modified arrangements, or cancellation where necessary.
The consequences for payment, refunds, rescheduling, or performance will be determined by the applicable written agreement and law. This clause does not automatically eliminate payment or refund obligations.
20 Liability and Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from matters outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorised third-party conduct, or a customer's use of website information in circumstances for which it was not intended.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any applicable responsibility arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We do not guarantee that use of the website or a security service will prevent all losses, incidents, injuries, interruptions, or unlawful acts.
Any liability arising from a confirmed security assignment will be assessed under the relevant written service agreement, the facts of the incident, and applicable law. Nothing in this section automatically removes a customer's legal rights or transfers a party's legal responsibilities to another party.
21 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for direct losses, reasonable costs, or claims arising from that user's unlawful conduct, deliberate misrepresentation, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
Any responsibility under this section will be assessed in light of the user's conduct, the relevant facts, causation, and applicable law. This clause does not require a user to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot legally be transferred.
22 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern regarding the website, a quotation, or a service arrangement, please contact us using the details provided at the end of these Terms.
We encourage the parties to attempt to resolve disputes through clear communication and good-faith discussion. This does not prevent either party from exercising a legal right or pursuing a remedy available under law.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection, statutory complaint procedure, or legal remedy available to an eligible person.
23 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, to the extent applicable.
Any dispute concerning these Terms will be addressed by the competent courts or forums determined under applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes a mandatory jurisdiction, consumer forum, or statutory remedy available to a person under applicable law.
24 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise, modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time, including without prior individual notice, subject to applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Please review these Terms before using the website, submitting an enquiry, or relying on website information.
Where applicable law requires advance notice, specific notification, or affirmative acceptance of a change, we will follow that requirement. Changes to these website Terms do not automatically modify an existing confirmed service agreement unless the change is lawfully agreed or otherwise validly applies.
25 Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
A delay or failure to exercise a right does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver or modification must be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances involved.
26 Entire Agreement and Interpretation
These Terms describe the general conditions governing use of the website. They do not replace a separate written service agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation that specifically governs a security assignment.
Where a specific written agreement contains additional conditions, the parties should review that agreement carefully. No provision of these Terms is intended to create an unlawful restriction or override a mandatory legal right.
